1 year and 6 months

Oh my Camilla. She dances to the song La Bamba! With her Trick or Treat bucket on her head! And she laughs at her self! Because it is indeed funny!

I'm surprised at how very fast she picks up information. One night we were playing with her lego blocks (dada, me and her), we asked her to give us a lego one at a time while we ask for each color, and she was picking up and giving us the correct color! And she was saying the color as well on her own. She was I think a year and 4 months old then (February 2018), before she could only recognize and say yerorow (yellow) and blue (boo) but after a few days she knew the color purple (puple as she says it), red (had to whisper this one), orange (oh!), and green. I had to introduce white and black and pink one at a time. Then brown (using the wall and wood on the doors at kuya Andrew's place), and recently gray.  She has aced this color quiz.

Then the songs. Every single day, she would watch and listen to nursery rhymes so it is expected that she would know the lines to these songs. This girl, even before, can follow and mention the last word of each line. The song Bahay kubo for example, while we were in the Philippines, she was mentioning the last word/syllable of every line. It's amazing! And that's in Tagalog.

She knows her ABCs, she can follow the song.

She can count from 1 to 10

She can count in Tagalog (she says apat and sampu only lol)

She knows her relatives and the people around her (mommy, dada, yoya, lolow, mamang, papang, Andrew, Chippi, Steph, Pat, ate Joyjoy, ate Mika, Bubbles, Ogie, Kristine, Alda, and Alexa).

She can say awavfoyouu (i love you). And say "Sowiii". She can say a sentence already! (Byebye dada!) lol. She can put 2-3 words together (mimi please yes). Speaking of mimi (milk), she should be weaning from milk, but it's just hard for us to do so. She would pull us (me) and say "room. sleep." And when we're in bed, she would say "mimi, please (with action), yes, okay, please (with action and kawawa facial expression). As soon as you say "okay" her face brightens up like it's the best thing ever. As I said, we should be enforcing the no milk at bedtime for the sake of her teeth. I can tell there's progress, we just have to keep working on it and set a routine.

She knows what songs she wants to be played on Alexa (mambo, la bamba, new york new york, rainbow, star, baby, i am the best, off (shake it off), hand clap, cake by the ocean). Before, she can only say "Xa, Xa". But now she says "Alexa, Bamba!" Oh too cute!

She knows how to ask for her snacks, water, milk, yogurt, Rice and cheese. Rice and cheese are her fave. Adding lumpia to the list, too.

She likes playing with her egg surprise from the Easter egg hunt, with Elmo, and her lego blocks. She has to see a messy living room floor and she has to sit on the lego blocks (and step on her toys).

She's very sweet and feisty. She follows orders and repeats what you say most of the time (even when she's crying). I call it parroting (duh!).

She is 27 pounds (95% percentile weight), and 34.25 inches (98% percentile height).

Basically, she's growing so fast, learning a lot, gaining an attitude (the look!!) and super silly.
